eat the bird are single handedly flipping your usual burger joint expectations upside down.
they kick out the most outrageous fried chicken sandos you’ve ever had. crunchy-on-the-outside, moist-on-the-inside pieces of golden fried joy smothered in our house made sauces in between 2 buns.
they put fried chicken sandos front and centre of their menu but they’re no one-chick-pony, they’ve got incredible dry aged smash beef burgers, plant based fried chick’n and loaded fries.
their chips are cut from fresh local potatoes every morning, fried twice for extra crispiness and dusted in their own recipe chicken salt.
